New Users

How can I sign up to receive the Weekly Member Update?

To sign up for the "WEEKLY MEMBER UPDATE" you must first have member access to the vnaa.org website. To get access simply click the Get a Password link in the top right corner of the screen and then fill in all the fields marked with *. Please make sure that your email address is correct, as we will email your password.

Account Information

What is my member name and password?

Your member name is your email address, if you've forgotten your password, just click on the "forgot password" link, enter your email address and we will send you your password. If you need additional help, please contact us..



How can I change my member name or password?

To change your member name (email address) or password, click on the Change Profile tab on the top of the screen after you have logged in. Be sure to save the information changes made.



How do I change my newsletter and permission preferences?

How do I update my profile?

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, send an email to [email protected] requesting that your account be cancelled.



Do I need to login each time I visit the VNAA website?

There is a checkbox with the words "Automatically Login in the Future", when you first login to the site, check that box and you will automatically have access to the members area in the future.

What is a Listserve?

The listserve is a mechanism to seek advice or share information concerning a particular topic with the VNAA membership



How do I add someone to the Listserve?

To add someone to the Listserve, login to www.vnaa.org, click Networking through the VNAA listserves, click on either General or Immunization and click on Join VNAAMembers or Join VNAAImmunization, add your email, full name and save the information. Direction on how to use listserve will be sent to you.




How do I delete someone from the Listserve?

To delete someone from the listserve, send an email to [email protected] requesting that your listserve account be cancelled.

What are the minimum system requirements for using this site?

  • Windows 95 or higher

  • MAC 8.6 +
  • Internet Explorer 5+
  • Netscape 4.8+
  • JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, please ensure that the browser security setting is set at medium or low, since higher settings will disable JavaScipt and cookies automatically.
  • Minimum 28.8k modem
