Nursing Shortage - Home Healthcare Nurse Promotion Act

VNAA has developed a home healthcare workforce bill titled the Home Healthcare Nurse Promotion (HHNP) Act (H.R. 1928). The HHNP Act was introduced in the House by lead sponsors Representative Steve Kagen (D-WI) and Representative Lee Terry (R-NE) to assist nonprofit home healthcare agencies recruit and retain a sufficient nursing staff.
