Important Dates and Deadlines to Remember

  • October 1, 2011: Registration opens for Exhibitors and Sponsors
  • December 1, 2011: Registration deadline to receive early discount of $300
  • January 16, 2012: Registration deadline to receive early discount of $200
  • February 1, 2012: Exhibitor registration deadline
  • March 2, 2012: Final deadline for information to be included in program book
  • April 2, 2012: Cut-off date for VNAA group rate hotel room reservations
