How to Get to Baltimore

By Air

The primary airport serving Baltimore is the Baltimore/ Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Just 15 minutes from downtown, BWI hosts over 55 airline carriers and a monorail-style system connecting the airport, parking garages and the Amtrak/MARC Station.

You may also fly into Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Northern Virginia but note that a taxi from either of these airports could run as much as $80-$100 each way.

By Rail

Baltimore is easily accessible by train. Penn Station Baltimore is one of Amtrak's busiest stations, serving more than 855,000 guests each year. Amtrak trains run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Penn Station Baltimore is a major stop for Amtrak's high-speed Acela Express service. www.Amtrak.com

What to Wear

Suggested dress for the Annual Meeting is business casual. Please be aware that meeting rooms vary in temperature. For your comfort, we recommend dressing in layers and keeping a sweater or jacket handy. Since Baltimore is on the water, it can be a bit cool in temperate due to a breeze from the water. We recommend layering when traveling outside.
