Mary DeVeau has been the President and CEO of Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association since 1997. She has an A.D. in nursing from North Shore Community College, Beverly, MA; a B.S. in health care administration from Emmanuel College, Boston, MA; and an M.S. from Lesley College School of Management, Cambridge, MA. DeVeau has more than 15 years of senior management experience in visiting nurse associations.

DeVeau's vision for Concord Regional VNA is to continue the organization's mission, renewing its commitment to the communities served. In addition, working with the Board of Trustees, she shapes a strategic plan that will direct and transform Home Health, Hospice, Community Health and Personal Home Services for the patients, their caregivers and the communities that Concord Regional VNA serves. Her passion is to develop and strengthen community relationships to foster collaborative initiatives and to ensure that the agency employs qualified individuals and retains them through quality work life.

DeVeau is an active member of the the Membership Committee and Quality Task Force and has been instrumental in the Engaging in Quality Virtual Leadership Collaboration.
