When scheduling your discounted hotel room rate for the VNAA 2012 Annual Meeting please be aware that the VNAA is not affiliated nor working with the National Travel Associates for hotel room booking. We've received a few calls about the National Travel Associates calling exhibitors and guests asking them to book their hotel directly with them for our meeting. The VNAA Annual Meeting discounted room rate is only valid by calling the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort directly at 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) and requesting the "VNAA discount" when making your reservation. If you haven't already, you must register for the Annual Meeting within two weeks of making the hotel reservation for room discounts to apply. The deadline to receive the discounted room rate is April 2, 2012.
